CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. When you place an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.
2. Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant secondary legislation.
3. Shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
4. The product is delivered to the address declared by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If it is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement.
5. The product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the order, and together with the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
6. If the product cannot be supplied, the Buyer must be informed within 3 days and any payment received must be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the Buyer does not make the payment or if the payment is cancelled, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE

If unauthorized use of a card is detected after delivery of the product and the payment is not made by the relevant bank or financial institution, the product must be returned within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the Buyer.

DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, the situation shall be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may cancel the order, request the replacement of the product with an equivalent one, or choose to wait. If the payment was made in cash, it shall be refunded within 14 days; if the payment was made by credit card, the refund shall be made to the bank. The time required for the amount to be reflected in the Buyer’s account is at the discretion of the bank and may take 2–3 weeks.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and, if there is any damage, must have a report prepared by the shipping company. Once the product is received without any reservation, it shall be deemed to have been delivered as undamaged and in good condition. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product without any justification. The notification must be made using the contact information below:

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. If the subject of the contract is the provision of services, the period begins on the date the contract is concluded. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the performance of the service has already started with the Buyer’s consent.
2. All costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Buyer.
3. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 14 days and the product must not have been used.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The original invoice (and a return invoice, if the Buyer is a legal entity),
2. The product, its packaging, accessories and the return form must be returned completely and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS

1. Within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, payments and related documents shall be refunded; within 20 days, the product shall be collected from the Buyer.
2. Any damage caused by user error must be compensated by the Buyer. The Buyer shall not be held responsible for defects or failures arising from normal and proper use.
3. If the return causes the total amount of the order to fall below the campaign/discount threshold, the discount applied under the campaign shall be cancelled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with personal needs, products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened, electronic services and digital content delivered online. Likewise, cosmetic products, software, CD/DVD and similar products whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

DEFAULT

In the event of default in payments made by credit card, the bank may charge interest and costs in accordance with the credit card agreement between the Buyer and the bank. The Buyer shall be responsible for all damages incurred due to delay.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

1. Payment may be made by bank transfer / EFT.
2. Online payment and instalment options are available. At the end of the order process, the total amount will be charged to the credit card.
