Within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, DEMİREN İNŞAAT (“Company”) is required to obtain your consent in order to send you commercial electronic messages. DEMİREN İNŞAAT Company ( lavinscarfs.com ), has prepared this Electronic Commercial Message Rules and Information Text to inform you, within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“EHK”), the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (“ETK”) and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the relevant legislation, about the sending of commercial electronic messages to you and the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data.
The identity details (name, surname) and your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number) you have shared with DEMİREN İNŞAAT Company, in the event that you give commercial message consent, will be used by DEMİREN İNŞAAT Company for marketing communication, including through the channels you have consented to such as WhatsApp, instant/short messages, telephone and e-mail, for the purposes of sending electronic commercial messages; carrying out customer satisfaction activities; conducting marketing analysis studies; managing advertising, campaign and promotion processes; managing marketing processes for products and services; creating campaigns for customers; presenting special offers to customers by DEMİREN İNŞAAT Company’s business partners; determining target audiences; tracking customer behaviour and carrying out activities to improve user experience; carrying out direct and indirect marketing, personalised marketing and remarketing activities; carrying out personalised segmentation, targeting, analysis and in-house reporting activities; conducting market research; planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities; customising the products and services offered in line with the preferences, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons and recommending and promoting them to such persons; and planning and execution of customer relationship management processes, and in general, for the purposes of planning and execution of the marketing processes of the products and/or services of DEMİREN İNŞAAT Company and its affiliates, and planning and execution of processes aimed at creating and/or increasing loyalty, and will be processed on the basis of the commercial electronic message consent requirement pursuant to Article 6 of the ETK and, limited to the activity of sending electronic commercial messages, on the legal ground of explicit consent in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the KVKK.

Your personal data may be used directly by DEMİREN İNŞAAT Company, limited to the purposes stated above, or through its data processors, and may be shared with our technological infrastructure suppliers.
