Before signing the delivery receipt, please check the package for any visible damage or issues.
If you notice damage, missing items, or if the package seal appears tampered with, do not sign any documents and request that the courier prepares a damage report. Then return the package to the courier.
Once this procedure is followed, your replacement products will be shipped to you immediately.
Please note: If a damaged or incomplete package is accepted and signed for, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items inside the box.
