INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)


This Information Notice has been prepared in order to inform you, within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), about the purposes for which your personal data are processed by DEMİREN İNŞAAT in its capacity as data controller, to whom and for which purposes they may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for collecting your personal data, and your rights under the KVKK.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data are processed by DEMİREN İNŞAAT (“Company”) as the data controller pursuant to Law No. 6698.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data collected are processed for the following purposes:

  • Carrying out order and payment transactions,

  • Providing products and services and managing invoicing processes,

  • Providing and improving customer support services,

  • Managing campaigns, promotions and advertising activities,

  • Fulfilling legal obligations,

  • Conducting internal company operations,

  • Ensuring user satisfaction and improving user experience.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorized public institutions and organizations, third parties providing legal consultancy, suppliers, service providers and our business partners.

4. METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are collected through our website, e-mail, call center, social media and mobile applications, by automatic or non-automatic means, and are processed on the basis of the following legal grounds:

  • Explicitly stipulated by laws,

  • Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,

  • Being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,

  • Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,

  • Obtaining explicit consent.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data subjects, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data are processed,

  • If your personal data have been processed, to request information in this regard,

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,

  • To know the third parties at home or abroad to whom your personal data are transferred,

  • To request correction of your personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,

  • To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,

  • To request that the correction, deletion or destruction processes carried out in accordance with the KVKK be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

6. METHOD OF APPLICATION

You may submit your requests regarding your rights specified above to our Company by filling out the KVKK Application Form available at www.bidunyastore.com and:

  • Delivering it in person to our Company address,

  • Sending it via notary public,

Your applications will be answered as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days, provided that your identity is verified.
