MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION TEXT

This Membership Agreement Confirmation has been prepared for users who register and carry out transactions via lavinscarfs.com (“Site”). Please carefully read the following terms before starting the membership process. By registering and carrying out transactions as a member, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the conditions set out in this text, as well as the Terms of Use and the Personal Data Protection Clarification Text published on the Site.

Every user who becomes a member of the Site and benefits from its services is deemed to have accepted the following conditions:

• The Member declares that they are over 18 years of age and have legal capacity.

• The Member accepts that all information provided during the membership process is accurate, complete and up to date.

• All transactions made through the Site are carried out in compliance with the applicable laws in force.

• The Member is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. In case of unauthorised use, responsibility lies with the Member.

• The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the content and services of the Site without prior notice.

• The Member accepts that they are personally responsible for all transactions carried out via the Site.

• The Member is obliged to respect the rights, privacy and intellectual property rights such as trademarks/patents of other users.

• A user who wishes to leave membership may cancel their account from the “My Account” page. Following the cancellation of membership, the Member is responsible for any remaining transactions.

• The Member undertakes to comply with the Terms of Use in force and the relevant legislation throughout the duration of their membership.

The Company reserves the right to update and amend this membership agreement whenever it deems necessary. Any changes made shall enter into force as soon as they are published on the Site. The Member is responsible for following these changes.

Personal data provided during the membership process are processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The Member declares that they can access detailed information regarding the processing of their personal data through the Personal Data Protection Clarification Text and that they have read and accepted this text.

By becoming a member, you declare that you have read and understood the above-mentioned conditions, the Terms of Use and the KVKK Clarification Text, and that you fully accept all provisions without reservation.
